About the event
Join Rahul Bery (the British Library’s translator-in-residence) and fellow Portuguese translator Annie McDermott as they take each other on in a head-to-head battle of interpretations.
The duel is based around Lucrecia Zappi’s novel Acre, with Lucrecia herself making an appearance on the night.
No knowledge of Portuguese is required to enjoy this event.
