About the event

We are thrilled that the 2012 Edinburgh International Book Festival will have 4 And Other Stories authors taking part – Carlos Gamerro (of The Islands); Iosi Havilio (of Open Door); Christoph Simon (of August launched Zbinden’s Progress) and Deborah Levy (of Swimming Home).

Details of the official readings and extra Glasgow and Edinburgh events below.

Our first two authors, Juan Pablo Villalobos and Clemens Meyer, read at the 2011 festival last year to launch their titles Down the Rabbit Hole and All the Lights. So between last year and this year, 6 of the 7 authors we will have published by summer 2012 will have been invited to Edinburgh. A fantastic excuse for at least Stefan and Matthew from And Other Stories to head up to Edinburgh. See you there? Tickets available from 29 June from the festival website, as linked below.
