Biography

Nick Caistor is a British translator and journalist, best known for his translations of fiction from the Spanish and Portuguese. He has translated more than 50 books and was the first to translate César Aira into English. He has won the Valle-Inclán Prize for translation from Spanish three times, as well as other awards. He is a contributor to BBC Radio 4, the BBC World Service, the Times Literary Supplement and The Guardian.
