Biography
Alejandro Chacoff was born in Brazil in 1983 and moved to the United States at the age of two. He also lived in Chile, England, and Argentina, before settling in Rio de Janeiro, where he works as a staff writer at Piauí. He has also contributed essays and criticism to some of the world’s most prominent publications, including The New Yorker, n+1, The Guardian, and The Atlantic. Apátridas (Rootless) is his first novel.
